Our Service Engineers are available for various mechanical services on clients locations. They will visit with a fully tool equipped service van and all FSE will have the required certification i.e.:- VCA#2, Nogepa 0,5 / Medical (2jr.)/ Banksman 1,9, Rigger, Swagelok certificate, etc

Addtionally we can offer and supply complete tool trolleys, certified lifting equipment and transport and lifting plan for integrated lifting solutions, in order to provide a turn key service.

GSG Service Engineers are frequently engaged at offshore locations from our base thru Den Helder Airport they are performing various Mechanical services such as:-

• Exchange of rotating equipment (Compressors, Engines, Turbines, Pump etc)
• OEM Support
• Lifting Services
• Commissioning
• Maintenance
• Torque and Tensioning
• Site visit / inspection

As GSG strives to a turn key service, all activities are engineered where required with 3D drawings and jobs prepared for offshore where required tools, special tools, lifting equipment sets and required materials are prepared and send by boat offshore to the location. this is a constantly evolving process where the experience and lessons learned for different job are documented in our database, considering for future projects.

This saves the clients tremendous amounts of time and we are proud that we often complete projects within the budgeted time frame.

GSG has a fully equipped maintenance / construction workshop in Heerhugowaard, where a wide variety of projects are completed, including but not limited to:-

• Mechanical and E&I maintenance
• Revision maintenance for all rotating equipment.
• Reverse engineering (3D) for equipment improvements / parts, reconstructions and solutions etc
• Manufacturing and Storage for offshore support frames of compressors, Turbines, Engines etc
• Tool / transport box solutions for special tools.
